Phase One (September 30, 2024): Users can continue to make purchases and withdrawals. However, the registration and deposit functions will be disabled.
Phase Two (October 31, 2024): All cards will be automatically deleted by the system. The remaining balance on the cards will be transferred to your OneKey Card wallet account and can be withdrawn to your exchange account or Web3 address at any time.

Other:
For users who had deposited incorrect tokens: We will continue to follow up and refund your tokens. If you have any questions, please submit a ticket for consultation.
Depending on the users withdrawal status, the termination of services might be delayed.
Refunds for Purchases: Any refund for card purchases will be credited directly to your OneKey Card wallet.
For Users with Invite Rewards: The invite rewards will be credited directly to your OneKey Card wallet at October 31, 2024.
For Users with Paid Upgrades: We will automatically calculate and refund the difference based on the following formula, and credit it directly to your OneKey Card wallet at October 31, 2024. Upgrade Refund Amount = Paid Upgrade Fee - Enjoyed Discount - (Months Used × Card Upgrade Fee ÷ 24).

为了给您提供更优质、更便捷的服务，我们正在对产品业务线进行整合优化升级。作为此次优化的一部分，我们将逐步下线目前的 OneKey Card 服务，用户存入的资金都是安全并随时可退款的。
OneKey Card 告别的遗憾只是暂时的。我们仍将继续致力于为您提供更卓越的全新产品和服务，创造更大的价值。
具体下线安排如下：
阶段一（2024 年 9 月 30 日）：用户可以正常消费和提现，注册、充值功能将会下线。
阶段二（2024 年 10 月 31 日）：所有的卡片将由系统自动删除，卡片的余额将转入您的 OneKey Card 钱包账户，并随时可以提现至交易所账户或 Web3 地址。
阶段三（2025 年 1 月 31 日）：将会停止 OneKey Card 的服务。
其他:
之前错充代币的用户：我们会持续为您跟进，为您退币。如有疑问请发工单咨询。
根据用户提款情况，可能会延迟服务的停止时间。
对于消费退款：如果后续有卡片消费退款，将会在到账时返还到您的 OneKey Card 钱包。
对于有邀请奖励的用户：我们会在 2024 年 10 月 31 日将邀请奖励返还到您的 OneKey Card 钱包。
对于已付费升级的用户：我们将根据以下方式自动计算退还差额，在 2024 年 10 月 31 日返还到您的 OneKey Card 钱包。升级退款金额 = 付费升级费用 - 已享受的优惠差价 -（已使用卡片等级的月数 × 卡片升级费用 ÷ 24）。
